that's why I was asking if you can get ones that convert the pressure to an electrical signal before sending it to the gauge.

hmmm, the car is all about comfort and speed. If I was only bothered about speed there'd be no amp and no seats either! it's all about compromise :)

oh, and no heavy wheels 8)

thats the principle the diesel dump valves work on isnt it? electrical signals? i cant imagine the ECU would be impressed? not sure tbh

mine uses that as a amp cable too cheif, but its only a 1mm vacuum that you need to get through and it will fit... unless your running 0awg power cable...... which in that case... it will still fit!!

Neat job dude. I dont have anywhere to put one at the moment, as my Pogo sits on the right and centre is occupied by a cubby box.

I drilled it out for the power cable - but maybe I've got the wrong end of the stick - I used the hole on the passenger footwell for this, and there was already a pipe through there (washer?), so that's why I had to widen it.

sounds like a plan, 1mm pipe is a lot smaller than I thought.
