H is much more aggresive where as J smooths out the boost curve. IMO i would go for the J valve.

Dont bother with a H its not worth finding out if it will work on your car or not, The H requests more boost and smooths it out but is prone to limp mode as i found out, J requests less but smooths out the boost, the OEM isnt smooth, and surges around 3200 but in that surge provides up to 1,4 bar boost, personal preference tbh

Ave got a chance of gettin a J valve. Not sure whether there is a point tho, dont wanna lose boost, if anythin a would luv to gain a little more!

you dont lose any boost with the J valve, across much of the rev range you actually gain boost, just not as mush as the h valve increases boost by

mine is a diffferent car, power wise and smooth wise with my J valve fitted and i strongly advise people running tweeked cars to get one, one fdrive and you will notice the difference yourself

dont worry about losing your boost tho kenny, as you dont, you still gain between 1 - 3 psi, from reading on other forums
