Dude.... nice gear.... but you bought a solo x for sq? lol, can it even play music? Normal l7s struggle to play music with good sq unless the song plays a lot of frequencys around box tuning from what ive found (whether there sealed or ported doesnt matter imo)...n u bought a solo x? lol... dude good luck with the sq... Everything else is great though imo... im a big fan of kicker gear! My whole front end consists of top end kicker stuff (for sale, pm if interested lol)
What you doing in terms of power supply?
Oh and btw.... ported boxes can have great sq... you'd be surprised... alot of competitors use em too! Id also advice you take notes on what dumdums saying (forget me lol) HE'S THE MAN!!

Please excuse my lack of knowledge in the ICE department.
How is that battery going to be recharged? are you linking up to the cars alternator or using a solar panel of some sort? surely it will die quite quickly running a 1500w amp?

you connect the battery's in parallel so that when one is charged the other then starts to charge.
i will have to upgrade my alt to a 120amp at some point but for now it should be ok.

here's my front battery
the blue power cable runs through the car and two fuses and ends up at the back battery
here
then just ground both battries
