they are cute. Be prepared to have your house wrecked as they grow up. I used to dislike cats but since my girlfriend got her kitten i think they are great! He is a little s**t and is so naughty but he is great. Il post a pic up when i on my pc. Good luck with the kittens.

The ginger ninjas have arrived! They aren't tiny kittens so they won't be quite as destructive as Casper, my mums cat who we had from 10wks old. They are 6 months old, still been tearing around the place though. One is fairly chilled out but the other is a loon, trying to climb anything and everything and falling off!
I'm not sure what their new names are going to be yet, they were called Mitzie and Nana before, I'm thinking about calling them Amber and Skittle.
Mitzie enjoying my leather pc chair
Nana goofing around on the stairs
Nana - 'look what a pretty belly I have!'
Nana being stretchy!
Mitzie - 'you know you aren't allowed to stop that now...'
Nana - 'Are you still pointing that thing at me?'
Nana - 'I'm hiding because I don't think I'm meant to be pulling all your laundry off this thing'

Lovely pics! I'm enjoying having a bit of cat (well a lot of cat with these too) around, I'd been missing Casper!
They are going to be called Amber and Chilli
The fish are perfectly safe, luckily they all have pretty secure lids, they make a great cat-tv though! They came in the computer room with me last night and discovered the hamster cage (that door is kept shut all the time unless i'm in there.) The cage is like a fortress so they could smell the hammy but not get to her!

You're more than welcome to Doug. We didn't think we'd be allowed to start with, the flat was a 'no pets' deal. But having spoken to the landlord, we now have 2 cats, a hamster and 4 fishtanks!
Here's another couple of pics of them taken yesterday:
Crashed out on the sofa
Introducing themselves to their new friend/dinner

nice adapted hamster cage Bryony! i'm guessing that just one of those storage boxes you can get from Tesco etc? a hell of a lot cheaper than getting a real one i'd assume, and by the looks of it, a fair bit more secure aswell

Thanks, Its made from a 'really useful storage box' from staples that only cost £10 and is very sturdy. Seems to be cat proof so far, although they are only allowed in that room when I am upstairs on the computer.
Wasn't too difficult to customise, wheel is attached through a hole as is water bottle, mesh on top and then we bought the dome thing later and added that one. Theres much more room in this cage (its quite large), really easy to clean and no bars for Mouse (the hamster) to chew!
