You have to take in to account what the product is made of and the costs of development and future development.

It's an after market part and you can't say a definite X amount will be sold unlike a car its self.

Saying that I've got the Caractere grille on my car and that seems to be a far better quality than the OEM grille & a JE Design Grille I have sitting in my garage (which I've never used and bought second hand) but I believe the JE design one is or was quite expensive back in the day. I wouldn't recommend that one personally.

Volkswagen one I can't comment on quality either as I've never seen it. Quite possibly it may be over priced as it's VW item but it may be worth its money. I think the Caractere one is worth the money. However I never paid for mine it was free. :lol:
