If you want an equal sound get something that's equipped for high/mid frequencies, not something that's equipped for mid/bass then turn the bass off, it would be a total waste of money!

hopefully he will sort me out with the best stuff i need



i asked him about a boot build and he said that the sub would blow it all apart so im guessin i need some decent high stuff hahaha

Go back and ask him for the best 6.5 components he has and a suitable amp, that's all you need for speakers. Then get a good sub and amp that;s close to your specification. Although if he's giving you advice like that I'd take my business elsewhere!
