Well my local does basic Cobra or Scorpion alarms from £180 which includes fitting. he charges around £20-50 for including the central locking. He'll get the locks himself and fit them for you. Price depends on the car in question. my big since had one on her old corsa (53 Plate) and wat it did was she could start her engine from the house turn on the lights etc and i just thought it was the balls lol,
