it was roughly between 300-350 as i recal for a resprayed wing and door, plus the banging out of the wing and the new door fitting. I got it done at some body work place down the road from me. was an OK job, looks fine (they didnt fit the pannel in properly, but i did afterwards). They bought the door in and resprayed it. But you could always get a new door from a) ebay or b) a breaker. Or even better, a breaker on ebay!
