The chrome part just pulls off with the aid of a screw driver to pry it! Its just push on clips that hold it on. daa is talkin about removing the full badge, just turn it anti-clockwise 30 degrees and it will come out the grill.

would be better with the inside gloss black and the vw badge matt black, or just all matt black

Gonna leave it a while and see if it grows on me. Got another badge so can change it when it suits.

Cool. I think it'll look better all black though, it makes the front look a little 'fussy' if you catch my drift.
