Well, just to inform you guys I called them up and well once the marker has been placed, they won't take off unless I have the VIC test done. So I went today, paid my £38 pounds for them to tell me what I already know that the car is legit and all good! But I do understand what they are trying to do and that's to prevent crime. So all in all I'm not complaining as if a car that was sold to me that was not genuine I'd be very upset.
