It depends on what's rubbing as to whether or not tracking and camber will help. Generally it doesn't. Camber adjustment brings the wheels closer to the arch so rubbing is increased. It's not always the case though. It could be that the inside rubs on the strut and camber adjustment pull it out clear

i lowered my car a while ago and did get the camber and allignment done then but since i relowered my car as they were different heights and now theyre all sitting the same height i havnt. keep meaning to but feel i might be to late and need new tyres now i check them and they dont look that bad so far. the drivers side wheels i lowered an extra 10mm the passenger front i lowered an extra 15mm and the passenger rear i lowered an extra 25mm. thats how far out they. well the driver sides were fine but the passenger sides were different height but now i lowered them im getting the trouble. if push comes to shuve i'll raise them all up between 5-10mm and see how that goes if i cant get the problem sorted at the current height.

im debating doing this as most the time i scrub like anything. its worn away now abit but on some bumps you carnt avoid i scrub when the wheels goes straight up into the arch at the top. i love it this low cus i thought how well it handles being about 6cm off the floor but im in no way shape or form putting my car higher i just think its so cool lol im running my standard SE wheels but im planning to run 14x7 all round but i think having my arches rolled will be the sensible idea first

i like the lowness to on mine. its great. looks great and had so many comements. im of next week and got some stuff to do but hopefully have time so will see if i can find out if i can sort the rubbing out.

but while i think about it, would it be safe to put the cold air feed pipe attached to the middle bottom grill as i plan on smoothing the outer lower grills out n e way?

If you can get it down there, isn't the radiator in the way though?

You cna make a hole in the front panel and have it sitting behind the top front grill.

not sure if the rad will be in the way, havnt looked into it yet, still sorting my rear bumper out. i think it'll look well nice when its done.

thought the cold air feed had to be lower as the colder air is at the bottom?

need to get a new exhaust to. not sure if im gonna go hidden maybe just back to standard for now or if i go for a small twin circle and have it either sitting either below the bumper or just cut into the bumper.

ben thinking, i know i was saying about driving around and getting rubbing, well today i noticed that sometimes i go over a bump and it sounds like its rubbing and sometimes it doesnt..... is there n e thing else that could be rubbing on the wheel instead of the arch linner or that the wheel could be rubbing on?

the wheel could be rubbing on the strut, which isnt good, take your wheel off and check for any gouging(sp)

Yeh your wheels can rub on struts or even worse brake hoses.

Coilovers generally are noisey though. Mine certainly are. They kinda squish.

ok heres a stupid question, wats the strut?

also if it sounds like its comeing from the front driver side does that mean it is or could it be sound travelling from the back so it seems like its actually from the front?

If it sounds like it's coming from the front, it probably is.

The strut is the suspension arm, the bit with the threads that the springs wrap around
