Wooooo!! front bumper in the making, i have helped tonight with the labour we have just plastic welded it all and used special filler with carbon in.. rear bumper hasnt cracked at all so well happy,, will post some pics up tomorrow of the progress

and me arsing about below... found some gay shades in the boss' drawer

well sucess , worked our arses off today to get it done,, its just in the oven as we speak going down to get it put on shortly..

im thinking smoothing the vw badge of boot be next, going to weld a plate size of badge in , mate said will be easy

Not too keen on the flushed boot look. I take it your attaching a boot solenoid too?

Bumper smoothing now complete
