plus if you go for 195/40 the speedo will not be wrong....
Think Rhys ment 195/45 here!
15s are 45s

16s are 40s

This ensures speedo accuracy :)

I don't know why there's so much discussion on this. You should use 16/195/40s on a standard sized wheel..... end of!!!

If you haven't got them already, there's nothing stopping you buying 40s! Websites may advertise the wheels with just 45, but jsut phone them up and ask specifically for 195/40s, if they're funny about it they're not worth the hassle.
The answer is yes. Mine burned through arch liners!
its the rear archliners at fault there a ridiculous shape! do what i did take the liner out heat it up with a heat gun from argos for peasnuts! and then flaten it between two pieces of wood problem solved mine never rubbed down 35mm with 5 lads in on 195 45 16's and i never had rubbing issues down 60mm with 5 in on 195 40 16's

get the back wheels of and you will se what i mean

no you know how the rear arch liner is like s shaped and kinks in into the arch my tyre burnt through it so just took it out heated it up and made it flat so the arch was the same size all the way back!
