Yokohama AVS Sport is what I am currently running.
Amazing dry grip and incredible wet weather performance, especially resistance to aquaplaning (apparently developed as a wet weather tyre for Formula Atlantic single seaters).
Only problem is wear rates. They're fairly soft rubber so wear can be high if you're doing big mileage.
Best all round tyre?

for the best wear rate i've ever had + almost the best grip = Goodyear F1 GSD3 on my TT,
having chewed through my OEM Pirelli P6000's in 15k the F1's (latest GSD3) have now lastest 21k !
amazing considering the cars been chipped and there is a hell of a lot more wheel spin !
if you can get the F1 GSD3's in the smaller size, I know you CAN get then down in 15" sizes, they are well worth while !
best grip ever = bridgestone S02 .. while they were new, first 3k miles were amazing, but they were too soft initially, they did last till 12k but they grip was never there again !
