well done the best i can with the light. If you look at the bottom left corner of it you can still see the dodgy area.

Still not perfect but it never will be until something new is purchased!
On a bad note though. Say hello to my friend...RUST!!!

Any advice on this???
And and this is what parking on the street at work does for you

My guess is someone has reversed into me. The picture is of the rear bumper on the corner

erm fink the paint slowly started to bubble, as you can see in the picture.
The when i gave it a blast with the jet wash i got too close at that area and the paint flew straight off to reveal the rust.
Any ideas what i should do about it??

It may still be under the VW chassis warranty as they cover the body against rust so long as that area isnt the result of a crash or a respray. Give your local dealer a call and have a chat with their claims department.

Bought some rear lights from arnoldo
Should be getting them soon
just cut around the seal and used a flat head screwdriver to prize it out
Just had a go at trying to get it off with a flat head screwdriver and no luck whatsoever!!! Dont dare try and harder becuase it feels like it will snap. What do i do

Have you cut out all of the seal. As its only held in by two spring sort of clips. Mine came out quite easy once the seal was removed

You shouldn't have to cut any seal?

Actually your right.
My light was letting in a bit of water so I had a body shop reseal it!
So mine had a seal i had to cut through. Yours will have a red seal which will come out when you pull it out. Should just be able to prize it out. Then reseal it when you put a new one in or replace the red seal just to be sure.
Sorry to confuse matters. Forgot than I made the seal
