That would explain it - definately cost, though the TPS price isnt bad at all. Its a very good saving.
I used to get parts absoutely dirt cheap when I used to work at VW!

Ben my cars just covered 29,000 miles and the condition is very very good so i hope with these two along with the history it should hold alittle value

.Do you remember what price you payed for them to do it all?.[/quote]
I think it was nearly £500 with the VAT Bradley which was hard to accept when I got the bill.
29,000 miles is extremely low to be fair so I dont blame you for wanting to keep the service book in check with the VW Stamps
I will try and dig out the invoice for you bradley to give you the exact costs for the parts/labour.
Are you aiming to keep your car really original then bradley with subtle changes? OEM is always the best with a few nice enhancements

Thanks dude that would be ideal. If you dont want to announce it (i know some people dont) just PM m it over would be a great help.
Yeh my cars pretty damn subtle to be honest dude, keeping it like an origional GTI is key just making a few OEM touches to it.I kinda enjoy looking for OEM parts haha.I should really have a build thread up on here to be honest.Took some pictures at the weekend so ill post them up here for you.
Nothing much different to look at i suppose.
Keep me posted on the invoice etc
