off venom then its either a 25 or 30mm all round drop with the pro kit or go for the sportlines' which lower the back 35-40 and the front 45-50 would the second option mean me having to get new shocks? sorry for all the questions I just one to be sure mate

Get these:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/H-R-Lowering-Spri ... 3213wt_941

Much better, and a bloody good price too!

Rear arches are lower on the body of the car anyhow, so it would look ok. Id get the HnR ones ive just linked to though - I know the ride is comfy on these :)

tough decision as there both about the same price, you would choose h-n-r over eibach then?

I run HnR at present on mine, and its astoundingly good suspension - thats what would sway me!

dcpeformance and even eibach's own website are doing about 20% off the sportline kit so its only £104 plus £12 delivery, think thats a good price. I don't think I would be dissapointed with eibach or h&r but I think the eibach sportline for the drop it gives you at the price its hard to beat unless you buy a crap brand

Wish i could get a pic of a gti with the eibach sportlines on before ordering though as its nice to have a look at the stance, or should I just man up and purchase

Nice one alex that looks perfect, and is that on the sportline eibach springs and not the pro kit, ive ordered the sportline springs this morning, less than £120 delivered.

Just got to get them fitted now, hope that won't be to much £ and I hope my standard shocks can deal with the lowering springs because I would rather not change them fo now

Aye that is ;)

Where abouts are you based mate? Might be able to assist with fitting if your close...
