The Forge unit has been tested in Australia and Found to rob a few PSI.
for the summers here its still much better than having heatsoak (with a chip), but in cold weather, a stock FMIC will produce more boost.
based on testing from a few months / years back, second hand info but from a reliable source.
Don't take my word, make up your own mind or ask Forge to confirm first.

i have read that topic to.
seems that the Forge FMIC does not have verry good flow.
it will elliminate heatsoak, sure of that.
but it's tested and it makes less Hp afterwards

Here's a before / after Forge FMIC dyno comparision -

It was made with the stock ecu map.
There is a small difference if you look at peak NM and HP values - in favor of "before" graph. But if you look at the graphs on the entire rev range you'll see that there is no 'tragical' loss with the forge fmic (at least not on this particular case - stock map).
