The cams as such dont move....its the oil pressure that changes and it diverts high pressure oil into different channels which affects the valve timing :D

They need a 50% deposit first and you need to allow around 7-10 days for them to arrive from Germany.

Give them a shout though if its something you want to get done

I'm still undecided whether I will be keeping mine so I havent gone for them yet

Yea I don't mind a deposit, get it back anyway.... How come your undecided about the car?

Ive had mine over 2 years now and I keep getting tempted by its bigger brother (9N3 GTI 8) )

I much prefer the look of the 6N2 put unfortunately with it being such a rare car the tuning capabilities are very limited on my kind of budget and the 1.8T 20V 9N3 has soo much potential in comparison.
In an ideal world I would like to get the 1.8T lump dropped in my GTI but I cant justify spending the 7-8k getting it done
