That is shocking, good for you I wouldn't put up with treatment like that either. I thought that they had a good reputation, silly to let it get ruined. What a disappointment
I would try a remap from APR as I get the impression they are professional.

I know Apr good maps etc etc don't know why awesome give up to them tbh I don't rate awesome really always have u waiting and overbook

Hi mate, I was there on the same day and I overheard them saying that as you were LATE they wouldn't be able to work on the car straight away!!
They have times booked that cars must be there.... If you are 30min late then they cannot have techs waiting around, it is your fault you had to wait...
If you went to a dentist for an appointment at 9:30 and turned up at 10 what do you think would happen?! Charged for it, or re-booked for another time?
Hats off to the guys that they even looked at your car on the same day.
I am nipping in there later today... at the time I am booked in and I will mention this to the guys there: I am sure they will be more than happy to help as they always have been for me.

Not arguing that fact I was 20min late my car was in at 1 pm at the workshop had done nothing to it by 1445 I arrived at 1150 and who are you anyway mouthing off u idiot

Hes not mouthing off, seems like hes talking perfect sense
If you turn up late you honestly can't expect them to sit around and hope that you will arrive, they will start the next job
You say the car was in for 1pm but you were there at 11:50? That seems like you were over an hour early, not late??
