I believe the Shadow Monza's are standard on the GTi's in the Netherlands!! Presuming these would still be the 5x100 fitment! :)
You are correct! These rims are a option for the Polo here in the Netherlands. Standard they come with the Denver rims like on all others. For 125€ more they give you these Detroits, or Monza's as you call them here in the UK. They are 5X100. :D

I want them. They look stunning. Are they 18" as they look larger? If they are 17", it would obviously be cheaper to refurb mine to the same specification.

They are 17', 18' wasn't a option otherwise I would possibly chose that.

The Milltek system just arrived @ the tuner. 3 May it's going to be fitted and on the dyno!

They did a similar Polo yesterday, only without the ITG. That Polo produced 230bhp and 277lb/ft.

Pretty nice numbers, curious to see what the ITG can bring to the table! Can't wait!

A little more than a week and the GTI gets it's makeover!

02-05 it will be lowered with 35/55 H&R springs and gets a Rieger Diffuser!
03-05 the Milltek system will be installed and the GTI will be Stage 2 tuned on the Dyno!

If comfort will be to crappy with the springs, I will be looking for another solution. And the Rieger diffuser is just to try, if I don't like it I will just sell it. :D

Can't wait for next week!

Well, the car is lowered! Stands perfectly! I freakin love it!

Diffuser was the wrong one, supplier made a mistake. The right one will be here next week.

The power is insane and the sound of the Milltek is just bizar! When on full throttle it makes a loud WOOOOSHH sound, like the intake is sucking so damn hard. Amazing sound!

The only con, before the tuning they saw that the car had some misfires. So I really need to replace the sparks asap!

Very nice mate...just a quick question...is that 379 Nm torque? i thought these gear boxes go into limp mode around 350 as there is no DSG software that ive heard of as yet.

Yes it's HP and NM's.

No problems with the DSG, it's handling the torque pretty good!

New Rieger diffuser mounted today. Didn't know what to expect from the Rieger product but I like it! Way more aggressive than the stock diffuser and it fits like the stock one! No gaps or anything, real solid. It stays on! :)
