Why does everybody rave off the 4bar fuel regs? Surely they wont make that big of a difference unless your running a hell of a big power. Having one on a 150-230 horse polo won't really benefit anything spectacular and wont it just use more fuel? I think?

The 4 bar fpr is recquired for Revo stage 2, which is what most peole are going for. It's not so much raving about the 4 bar fpr, it's fitted along with stage 2 software and I think people are more raving bout the stage 2.

it's the diffrence between not getting past 220Hp and do reach 240Hp, in my case.
i also tried custom mapping it without the 4bar FPR but the car just won't get enough fuel and the injectors were running at max capacity.
so that is sorted out with higher fuel pressure.
even better is just get bigger injectors, but it's more expensive.
you won't make that much more Hp with injectors but it will be a tiny bit safer also.
better stick with 3bar, 4bar is more pressure, more pressure is more heat, and heat is the thing we don't want.
more heat = less power.
ok, i admit it's a tiny detail, but one thats important to remember

I like your reply. You've shed a little more light on my uneducated brain.

u mean the insulation under the bonnet??
also did that uit some time ago, it does make it sound good (i did it for weight savings but it's lighter as i thought it would be so pretty useless to remove it  )

just watch the paint doenst suffer if you remove the insulation, the engine bay can get crazy hot and melt the paint off from the inside out.

i have it removed for about 2 years now, never had any problems with heat.
and i've been on the nurburgring when it was 28C so i don't think it might form a problem, but a good point to look after, never know..!
