Now that is a very nice looking car! Hopefully being a 62 reg there wont be any oil burning issues! But stunning car!

Still not sure about dsg. Everything I've ever driven has been manual I also drive for a living, so guess time will help.......

update with pics and a few simple bits done......new non euro plates,black rear gti badge after proper clean finished with hd wax.......quite pleased

good to see it being kept clean! i clean mine, drive it and 10 mins later its filthy again 
unless its just me calling it filthy and its only a few spots of dirt here and there

Liking it but I may be slightly biased! ha
Good to see another owner with the Panoramic Sunroof, how you find yours? You get much sun to use it? Had my car 4 months so I managed to bag a few sunny days where I could fully open it, pretty neat piece of kit and the sunblind looks nice inside too.
Going to wrap the other half of my roof gloss black though as I think it looks a little odd half white and half black, at least with vinyl if it looks naff I can remove it.

sunroof is ace,and good idea on the roof.was thinking of carbon wrap,not really sure....post some pics when you get it done will be keen to see what she looks like done

just a short update.......1000miles in now and no problems,aprox 150ml of oil added so well within the manual guidelines,all in all happy
