The steering wheel is from what I seen in the new polo brochure, but those headlights look like from the previous Blue GT.

Those headlights are different to mine though, maybe thats just how they are on the BlueGT unless you opt for Xenons..

If you opt for xenons, you dont get the fog lights....unless you install them like some have on the previous Blue GT.

You're right about the headlights now you mention it, they don't look like the ones on the online configurator for the BlueGT either. Can't say I'm fussed, more curious

Just wondering as i've seen a misbuild come through work, and i think the new bluegt should have come with the new led dipped beam headlights. But if your not fussed thats cool.

I'll ask VW and get it from the horses mouth I'd prefer the new ones, would they replace mine at the dealer if they are the wrong ones?

These are the correct headlamps.. If you go on the German VW configurator it confirms this by showing the twin headlamp for only the BlueGT.

Personally I prefer the older twin headlamps over the new, they suit the aggressive look of the car over the new halogen ones. Nice car!

Im guessing you'd have a leg to stand on if you wasnt told by them it was a misbuild. You bought a 2014 you want the whole new 2014 model not half!

I just looked at it on the iPhone app. The halogen shows the new shape headlights. But when you click the xenon extra it's the old shape xenon headlights?

Dam, I like the other headlights. The German configurator doesnt have 'in lieu of fog lights' like the UK one....dam.

Yeah thats right i dont think they changed the xenon type headlights as of yet but you should still get the facelift bumper. I also know that they have now lifted the ban on the spec of the blue gt so you can now get alcantara seats with the xenon option as you couldnt on the previous model gt

It is the right front bumper, the BlueGT has a different one to the 'lower' models so to speak. Mine matches the online configurator

Being very nice to the car yesterday saw me hit 55mpg on the work run, though I was perhaps lucky to sit behind loads of 50mph cars! I reckon it may well hover closer to 50 in the long run.

Who knows on the headlights, the dealer iPad configurator app shows the same lights as me too, I think it is supposed to have different ones, same as the front bumper.
