One annoying thing is that Webuyanycar insist on plaguing you with emails for, in my case 2 years, all I wanted was a rough price prior to selling privately.
To the OP, this is a proper buggar, just how you get the eye of someone that really wants that car for what you need/want to sell it for. Anyone buying that car could even extend the VW warranty so it would end up being same as buying from a VW dealer.
What probably knows back a few buyers is the need to get a finance deal that does not involve talking to their bank - and the issue with them probably having a car to chop in - which might suit you, yes life can be cruel - good luck selling your car.

Yeah man, thanks for the reply - looking like its going to be harder than i imagined, that is, to get what i want for it - selling is no issue, but i wont get what it is worth.

Unfortunately, just about the worst time to sell a car either privately or to the trade is just after it was purchased new.
You're always going to take a sizeable hit unless it's a rare/in demand car with a big waiting list or long delivery time.
It's ultimately only worth what somebody is willing to pay...
Good luck!

Shame to hear about you selling up!

Your car really helped me decide on upgrading from my 6R to a SEL 6C!
Just for your info, I spoke to a friend who is a salesman at VW to find out what deal I could strike on a factory order, when I asked him to match the quote I got from DTD he said he literally couldn't at this time... There is so much demand at the moment for a new Polo that their business manager will not offer any discount so encouraged me to find used one, I don't think he was lying about this as he helped me find a pre-reg car at another dealer.
I don't know if the demand is for Polos in general or for TDI's?

Ahh thats good to know, as the car really is a nice car - much more refined compared to the likes of a Ford Fiesta, Vauxhall Corsa and Renault Clio etc - i know it is a little more pricey over those but the extra cash is 100% worth it. The 6C literally is a baby Golf. Oh really? Maybe a dealer will offer me a decent price then on a part ex or a similar, especially if there are non in UK stock used. I had a quick look on Auto-trader and there are only two on there both of which are standard SE models with no optional extra's.

Problem is that extras don't really help with the resale values.
Hope things work out for you.

Must depend on which model as I got £1700 knocked off my BGT.. And the salesman personally had never sold one (was slightly above CarWow)

Can I transfer my agreement to someone else?
Hire Purchase, Lease Purchase, Solutions, Contract Hire and Finance Lease customers:
We are unable to transfer agreements into another person’s name, irrespective of their relationship to you. However, there are some circumstances where we would consider this, such as transfers to a limited company or where executors wish to transfer equity in the event of a customer's death. We would suggest that you contact us in order to talk through the options.

Can they not just take out a bank loan and pay off your finance that way if they want the car?

That makes sense to be fair - probably lower APR too
