That's why it's best to install original parts or right parts.

I guess that in Egypt the weather it's hot often.
Unfortunately i have not found in Egypt, if you know a brand from a trusted store online that supports plug & play without the need for resistors then plz let me know.

One more info, i have covered the resistors with tape do you recommend removing this tape and keep them visible?

If i remove the resistors and just ignore the CANBUS error will that cause any harm?

If the lights of those headlamps work correctly when removing the resistors is the best temporary solution.

Perhaps it's possible to cancel the fault with VCDS (diagnostic tool). I'm not sure because of the different BCM software used during all these years on 6R for these issues. But it is not a good solution. If it was possible, you should check the lights with high frequency (every day) for a safe driving.

Turn signals are used to let other drivers know the maneuver that you are going to perform.

Hi Ciclo
I need your final advise for my issue; I have decided to remove the LED resistors for safety and to avoid possible over heat of resistors and live with the CANbus error, will that cause any issues in the future?

Not issues with car parts but it is best to solve the problem, either by replacing the headlights, or by making a reasonable invention on your current headlamps.

Contact manufacturer to solve the problem.

VW service agent in Egypt said they won't handle non original parts not sold by them

I have contacted them and they said you have to use the resistors and i'm afraid still and very confused either to keep them or remove them.
They get hot but that hot to melt isolation.
I have even removed any isolation covering them.

I think you should request to the manufacturer more information, there are headlights same/similar to yours that do not cause such a fault.

They are the same brand and shape mentioned in this old thread.
I have contacted the manufacturer and they have confirmed i must use led resistors.
I have been monitoring the resistors heating for 3 days now specially after a 3 hours trip and found that their heat is not something to concern so far.

VCDS?

It will help you solve and install many things you want to do.
This fault of the lights.
Multifunction steering wheel.
RNS510.
Etc...

his question is, whether you have a vcds cable ;)

the vcds system is a very good and powerful tool to help you find and solve problems
