Mine were turned fully up by the garage and they are now too high so I will try to reduce the height and report back.....when it stops raining, if ever.

Using a 6mm Hex T-Bar I rotated both the N/S and O/S height screws an initial 180 degrees anti-clockwise to raise and will monitor the results.
Edit. It still felt a bit low after 180 degree turn on the height screws, a further 180 degree, so a full turn anti-clockwise in total on each headlamp height screw, and the beam pattern seems good after a road test.
