Its Google Adsense, so anyone using the Adsense framework can feed your 'interests' in. Search history, browing history, facebook usage etc all contribute to whats 'useful'
I must say, I also saw that ad when I was tweaking the settings just now and I have never searched for mature ladies....

Oh, now I'm not getting pestered by the company that I bought central heating fluids from, still, plenty other places/times to keep pestering me I suppose!
