Really appreciate the photos your car looks fantastic i especially like the illuminated line running through the door and dash

That interior light looks great mate. Does that automatically come on during the night?

The footwells are also lite up aswell bit not too bright that it distracts you from driving. This is on the GTi plus though, so not sure on the not all GTi ..

I believe the ambient lighting is on all GTI, GTI+, R-Line, and SEL models. It looks great! In the Ibiza you can adjust the intensity of the different sections of the ambient lighting- the door strips, the footwells, and the single LED in the centre console under the climate controls. I'm presuming the same goes for the Polo?

Ah ok, wasn't too sure which models it was in.

The brightness is adjustable but not colouring... including footwells.. [emoji106]

Interior lit up at nite looks arright dunnit ? One of those things that looks way better in the flesh (and in the dark) so to speak, and good that folk are finally getting their cars....

Anyone confirm about the door sills?
The 2019 spec was supposed to have illuminated door sills and usb ports in the back.
I've got the USB ports but not illuminated sills.
Any other GTI+ owners got the same?

If reference to illuminated sills for the Polo GTI+ is no longer on VW’s website, this suggests that VW made an error including this reference in their product spec details (historically, errors seem to be quite a common occurrence) if they’ve now deleted it.

Yes, the Polo GTI+ has manual air con.

Unless you pay £400-odd quid for auto climate as an option.

It was on my Golf as standard, but didn't feel it was worth paying out for on the Polo, unless it comes with a preheated for instant warm air in the Winter (apparently it doesn't).
