i really hope so started thinking it had been installed wrong but it drives fine really just idle chattering sounds horrible noticed clutch out but raising revs over 1000 ish stops it anyone had else had the vw update and know what it drive like after?

Hi again everyone just been to dealers and apparently had software update for this and seems no change how can I tell if its actually had the update as I read somewhere about idle rpm should be different or something Thanks

i think the rpm on idle should be close to 1 000 rpm, atleast that's what the after market tuners do

Thanks that's what Darkside developments said and I'd go there but there millege away, surely when VW replaced the parts from a dual mass flywheel to solid there software should shut up the rattle seems strange unless the dealer has said they have done it when they havnt I'm at my whits end with the car just want to drive it how it use to be
