@CalvinGTI I know! I don't like the headlights at all! But I wanted a new car and they dont' do the 6N2s anymore! So I thought might aswell, still good though.
BUT hopefully the New New Polo will come next year with some better headlights.

Yep, well said! i second that!
Did you know that they don't make the GTi anymore, the new polo will use a diesel engine!
i cant wait to get my hands on a 5 door GTi (6n2)

dey dint make any other polo gti's!
Forgot to mention what ICE i've got:-
Kicker KX850.4 Amp (You guessed it, 850Watts 4 channel amp)
Kicker Comp VR 12" sub
Clarion Head-Unit
Ummm, thats all about it! lol!

Yup, did know that. Hence it's called Polo GT, 'cos it's a stupid Turbo Diesel. They're good, quite torquey and economy is good too, but I just don't like the fact it's a Diesel and the annoying sound it makes.
Woops just realised we're kinda off topic here.
Anyway. Clarion ey? I've just got myself a cool new Alpine headunit. It's so cool, flips down etc and I can play my MP3 discs with it. Quite astonishing with 134 songs on a single disc (192kbps quality).
Have iT!!
More Info!

Sorry, yup your topic.
well mate DO IT YOURSELF!

That's my tip. It's really not that difficult as you may think. And you will learn a hell lot about your car then.
We will try and "guide" you through it. I mean 2 weeks I didn't have a clue how to put all my stuff in to my (new) Polo. That was scary first, didn't wanna break anything and there's me worrying about the air-bag popping out, etc etc...
I mean at first, I was even scared of the car battery, which sparked when I tried to remove it.
But it's all done now, for the first time. Me 17!! Can't believe it.
You probably do realise I am trying to convince you to do it yourself mate.

Thanks for the boost of confidence.
Just that i've got a father who may kick that confidence back down if i even get near to touching the car.
I'll probably try it myself at first. I know i wont be successful!
I'm trying to get it done before Saturday.
Impossible i reckon!!!
1. Uni work is stopping me
2. British weather is crap!
3. My amp is in the middle of nowhere!

*BIT ANGRY :@*

That's alright mate, just ask if you dont' understand.
Same here really
1. College work.
2. 4 hours sleep.
3. Have a garage though!
4. Just fitted the amp on top of my subwoofer box.
Goodluck.

I hope the amp is secure!
Can see what would happen in a crash @ 50!
Also, i read somewhere that it's the law that you've got to secure what-evers in the boot, or something like that!
Meaning, your sub and amp has to be screwed down!
Not sure if it's true tho! i read it somewhere once!

Well not sure and not bothered.
I just used some tacky velcro to stick my sub/amp on to the boot mat at the moment. Can't be arsed with anything else at the moment.
