got it off r4bby - it's a nice modest sound, not too boyracer. anyhow not sure where you can get em from but you could always pm him 
they did a few to fit the mk4, but be careful - you will want to keep the centre silencer if you get one
bit of modification needed!
I can't see why they won't fit a 1.0L
