Thank you for your enquiry. We can custom build for any vehicle, and yours is no exception. We have built many systems for the same car, and would normally build from the existing catalyst to the rear.

A Longlife custom built T304 grade stainless steel system for your VW Polo from the manifold (which will cost £350) to rear is priced at £384 including fitting and VAT, with a life of the car guarantee. Included in the price is a 2.25" rolled lip tail pipe, but you can choose an alternative from our large range of about 45 if you want something different, which may be at a small extra cost.

Because all our systems are custom built, you are able to tell us how you would like the car to sound, anywhere from quiet to full sport. The most popular choice is mid-sport, which gives a slight note when you open the accelerator, yet without being intrusive. If you are interested in technical specifications, the whole system is built in T304 grade stainless steel throughout, and assembled using high frequency Tig welding.

All our systems are built using freeflow technology, so your engine will breathe better than with conventional systems. We have numerous testimonials from customers who have experienced improved engine performance and fuel economy.

Fitting is by appointment and we usually require you car for about 3 hours in your nearest Longlife Centre, while we custom build and fit your system. We usually have a courtesy car available for your use while this is being done, or you are welcome to use our waiting room and refreshment facility.

Many thanks for your enquiry about a Longlife Stainless Steel Exhaust.

The cost for a custom built T304 stainless system from the existing down pipe to rear, including a decat pipe and with a standard tail pipe for your VW Polo, would be just £429.00 including fitting and VAT, and is guaranteed for life.

This quote is with a straightforward round tail pipe in either a rolled in, or rolled out style. We also have over 45 other tail pipe designs to choose from at a moderate extra cost if you fancy something different, such as ovals, twins, and letterbox styles.

To be honest it would be uneconomical for us to fabricate a manifold from stainless steel for you as the manifold is hand made and this is a really labour intensive process which makes it a very expensive process by comparison to off the shelf manifolds like the 4 branch ashley. However should you wish to pursue this further I will happily provide you with a price .

Hand-building and fitting your system takes approximately 4 hours by appointment at our Leeds centre. As with many customers, I’d be happy to give you a lift into Leeds City Centre whilst your exhaust system is fitted.

When you arrive, before work commences, you will be talked through the system design and fitment. You will also be given a choice of sound, from quiet to sporty, or somewhere in between. We can also ‘offer up’ a selection of tail pipe designs to your car to help you make your choice.

After our work is completed the exhaust will undergo a thorough 12 point quality check, to make sure it is clean, there are no leaks, and the fit is perfect, it will then be tested for sound. Don't forget our exhausts are guaranteed for life, so you can truly fit it and forget it, unlike other systems built from lower quality 409 stainless.
