great glad to here there are update really like this car youve done most the mods id like to do to mine but not got round to it yet with having just bought a house and in the process of doing up, great work keep it up and uploads the updates as soon as you got time, as we r all looking forward to seeing them. cheers

Yeah that's right it's an edition 30 wheel.
Easy to fit one off one on using your original airbag too

Got the headrests off ebay. Just need to find the right deals at the right time.

Nothing to major just glossy b pillars, shark fin and the brembos are now on and doing the job

I am currently in the process of saving for a house so things are on hold at the mo with the GTI but need to get the interior done asap as i hate having seats that's don't match.

Thanks the pics make the finish look much better than they are.

I'm not happy with them so in time will take them off and have them powder coated professionally but for now they look ok and breaking is immense.

That's great, yeah it would be good if you could get the pics up of the brembos, what brembos are they and what size discs are you using?

Did u connect the airbags in the seats up?

I am using everything off the seat Leon Cupra R
323mm discs
Brembo GT calipers (i believe they are called)

Will get some pics sorted very soon.

Yes i did.

Our VW seats have three wires and the Recaro's have two wires.
Don't connect the brown wire job done.

This is exactly the setup I'm keen on, but I'm worried that there won't be enough clearance with my OZ's. I used the ECS big brake kit templates and one from Brembo to try determine if they'll clear.

Yes they are Corsa VXR seats.

They are my spare wheels so haven't bought any VW caps as yet. They are Audi TT wheels so came with Audi caps.
