Intriguing. I seem to have acquired a rattle in the drivers door which is very irritating!!

Here are a few pics of the car in its current state. Rather un GTI'd!

Ordered two new rear arch liners, new fuel cap, new POLO, GTI and VW badge and another little badge im going to keep a secret. Also the interior trim parts that I damaged when I was working on it a few weeks ago

Its all getting there now, and my amp has just turned up. I need to conceal/mount it in the boot, but i dont know where

Any ideas?

How about a false floor with the amp in the spare wheel area?

Then its out the way, and you could vent it with subtle computers fans if needed?

Is it the badge you found on ETKA the otherday after Inters? 8)

Make a false back to your boot and mount it on the rears of yours seats, or make a false side to the left of the boot and mount it on there.

Or make a false floor and setup a collant fan underneath everything

The floor sounds interesting. Just need to work it out. Will have to buy some carpet to do it whichever way i do it.

And yes tim it is that badge 8) something unique!

When I get my new install, I'll have a false floor which hides the sub, then have a false back covering my amps in the existing positions. Stealth FTW!!

They just screw straight into the back of the bench

if you look to the left, you have plenty of space also to make a false side to conceal anything you want, or do what I've done and make a false wall in front of them

Thinking either half a false floor (tho its gotta be quite high which im not sure about) or I mount it on the large rear seat on the back with a wooden mount of some sort. Just trying to visualise it is hard enough! To make it will be a total bugger

Thats where my sub is going, but im putting the amp somewhere else ;)

Wouldnt it be easier to sell it Alex and buy a Canyon Red car? :P

Its gonna be hard to get a nice consealed system with the size of the parts plus the fact you dont want to cut anything, which is fine, just gonna make it a bit harder
