Well about £200/250 all in, plus the cambelt is due next april, but i guess to be fair the car is 11 years old, beside these he said its pretty mint. So yeah could be worse.

All to be completed for next years shows:
Fit new lower honeycomb grill
Wheel spacers, 15mm rears, 5mm front
Get and fit xenons, dipped beams, side lights, fogs and rear number plate bulbs
Sill plates, 25th edition
25th anniversary rear and front GTi badge's
Respray callipers
Sort out/replace dirty indicators
Spray rear vw badge insert
Mk6 golf gti headlight switch
Cambelt/sort out list of faults listed above
Change headunit for ipod ready one, fit vibe active sub
More cleaning, glazing, waxing.
Learn to play the banjo.
Keep this all secret from girlfriend (meant to be saving for a mortgage

)

Nice plans
All the above shouldn't really cost alot, bar the cambelt / headunit. Under £200 I'd say. Considering the D2S bulbs cost £50ish and the spacers will be around£40-£50.

Yeah just need to get cracking really. Birthdays in 3 weeks so need to start getting all the bits together to add to my list and make one for santa also

A minor update.
Fitted my LED rear numberplate lights and interior bulb today. To sunny to bother with pictures.
Also changed my old skank handbrake cover to a newer polo one, trim really goes well with the seats

And gave it a quick 2 bucket clean and hovering.

nice job on the handbrake. did you just replace the grip or the whole lever?
also what was the cost?
i think you should get a rear passat estate aero wiper lol would modernise the rear end of a very very tidy GTI

Thanks Alex. I replaced the whole thing! Got it brand new from ebay.Only cost £18 plus p&p. Very happy with how it looks.
Yeah i did consider one before i got the OEM one's. Will properly change to the passat one and get some aero fronts after winter.

Also tried that leather conditioner on the gear know today but didn't do much

im guessing it would be near on impossible to replace these?

Its slightly lighter than the original but not a great deal. Its much darker than it looks in my picture.
Ok dude, yeah i bet there loads. Will try something else i think. Cheers though.
