5 Output to ambient lights.

White, the connections are the same like in the dome lights.

In Golf 5 it is grey-blue cable so I think in Polo it is similar..

You're right, but that signal is 58d,... and not is the same as 58.

Could you tell me what is difference?

For example:
58d ... interior lights through dimmer.
58 ... license plate light, you need this signal to activate the relay.

But when I connect it to lighter (grey-blue), I will be could change light through dimmer
I've seen that in other cars and it works well
