I created an account with them on the website and signed up for text alerts.
When I got the latest text saying build week confirmed I logged in and it said the day when they would be starting the build.
I then confirmed this by phone with my dealership.

think i'm going to have to ring the retailer
I setup an account and it has found my car but for the life of me can't find anything about which stage it's at.

Mine has only just changed and I ordered on the 28th of jan.
when I log in to the vw site should I see a calendar?

No calendar. It should show a summary of the order Polo GTI etc, and the order number. In smaller print below this is what mine said..........'Your order has been confirmed for build week commencing 12/04/2015'
Mine was ordered 14th January.

Interesting that my BGT doesn't have a build week date underneath yet the build week was confirmed start of Feb. the website only updated about 10 days ago to say that!
