 You need to install the Wiring1 and Wiring2 for BCM Max. See and read the entire post and images (BCM Max).

The problem is in how the signal is sent from T17/16 to T73a/45 with your original installation. You need to do this to fix the problem of Switches and Instruments lights and other lights

Ok I have old autoscan before replace BCM but this is no problem right ? tooday when back from work I make new autoscan.
Can you tell me please number of pins to make rewire BCM to max ?

Best regards Chriss

You also need to install the wire for reversing light and electrical bridge in J331 relay, and rewiring your fog lights through SB54 fuse as explained in the link - FAQ-

Here you have all info you need: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=42713&p=477216#p466570 , viewtopic.php?f=62&t=67799#p505742
(compare images to select the terminals)

It is the only way to run all lights correctly (without exception ) when a BCM Max is installed in 6R non BlueMotion (EU).
For all 6R non Bluemotion (EU). Tested.

DRLs.
Front Parking/Side lights.
Interior lights.
Switches and Instruments lights.
License plate lights. (OEM Leds tech recomended)
Reverse light.
Rear fog light.

Break lights.
Tail lights.
Turn signals.
Cornering lights.
High beam (+ flashes).
Low beam.
Front foglights.

It is not necessary you post another autoscan. (Model Year A, manual gearbox, CAYC, etc...)

Later you can install the leveling system, and the washer system.

Warning (to others): If you have 6R Model Year 'A' with different wires in light switch connector that shown RekinPoznan in above pics and you want to do this, contact me. :)

To test for those who like to play with binaries. Rain closing.

Rain Light Sensor

or

With the same BCM

- With this BCM coding it not works.

 :?:

If someone is lucky, please post a full scan of BCM. Thanks.

Hi Chriss, my only intention is to inform.

Reverse light:
Proper installation is as explained in the links, for me it is very useful (and safe) to have the diagnosis of reverse light through the BCM. I know that not matter to other people, but you can be in a terrible situation if other cars on the road don't know that you are in reverse gear and YOU don't know that your reverse light no works.
Remember that during the day you do not know if your reverse light is turning ON.

Similar things happen with the other lights...

The price of a wire are few euros, pounds, etc..., one or more lives are priceless ... I do not want argue about this because only there is one truth. You can see the myriad of terrible accidents that are displayed in the Youtube videos.

Take this opportunity (installation) to increase the security of your car... The car lights are TO SEE and BE SEEN.

In your coding from 7H0 BCM you have disabled this diagnosis. (it is the reason to work without faults)

Logically you can not use the same wire which is present in your car. This wire in your 6R supplies power to the reverse light and also informs to the BCM about the reverse switch, but it is not for reverse light diagnosis.

If you do not need or do not want to install this new wire, not install it.

The Electric Bridge inserted into J331 relay adapter (relay removed forever) is mandatory for power supply of the low beam through BCM. It is not related with reverse light.

In any case it is my wish that you make a right installation,... I need to know that someone (not be workshop   ) is able to do this installation almost without help.

I make this wire for reverse light you have right.
Waiting for the pins, and a few days I will have a revamped installation, cables module-range Xenon I have at the target site, the module also'm just waiting for the pins.

Hmmm fiddling with airbags is something I'd be really worried about. You'd need new side airbags in the front seats too, as the standard ones have a combined head/thorax airbag that goes up to the roof.
