well guys I Have just decided to go ahead with it on my own got almost workin just one wee minor problem the rca,(the two plugs red and white) do they just slot into the back of the headunit? And how do you get into the back of your headunit? Ano its a stupid question but its the only thing am stuck at!Cheers guys

u need some release keys to take the HU out. should come with your HU when u bought it

or some HU have release catches on the side, they release the HU from the cage and u can slide the HU out ;)


where bouts r u? ive done a few installs on my mates cars :)

Yeah, take the headunit out and they'll be a set of red and white femal connectors, just plug them in and voila, you should have sweet sweet bass :D

ye, to take out the headunit just get the release keys, slide 1 in each side of the headunit and once you pull them out, the headunit should come out too.

Then just plug the red and white RCA cables straight in and that should be you.

The blue cable (remote turn on for the amp) will also need connected to the stereo wiring in order for the amp to turn on only when the headunit is on.

For that you may need the H/U instruction booklet, there's sometimes different ways of connecting the leads.
