just read bastad childs diary and this whole thread. lol. looks like im just gunna b gettin springs then, deffo goin 4 50mm drop allround as im getttin sum 15"s wit 195/45/15 tyres. im goin 4 ye old bnw style. sprayin my interior bnw soon, wanna colour code my door handles but dunno what paint to use, and im thinkin of puttin sum bits o white on my bucket seats, but dounno bout that coz its fabric n shizzle. gotta find sum new backseat covers aswell, bnw ones if i can find them or just black mayb, lol all my ideas for the mo in one post lol. ok i think that'll do for now bye! lol

Obviously do it the same colour as the car ,
Pay Halfords a visit to find the right paint. You'll need to look under the bonnet for the exact paint you need.
I want to do this aswell, but it somehow seems a bad idea to do it in the winter as I dont have a garage.

noooooo - don't buy your paint from halfauds, it never matches, get it from vw

Ohh I didnt know they sold paint....

can i get paint from a site that sells vw paint. coz there aint a VW dealer 4 bout a million where i live

i'm pretty sure vw can get paint in spray cans as well as touchups

Anyways... I cant find anyone to lower my car cheaper than £100.
What do you think is £100 about right?

I dont know if its just my bad luck but after lowering my car 60mm I encountered a lot of problems and it cost me a fair bit to, anyone else have any problems after they lowered there car

What sort of problems did you some across?

After lowering you may need your wheel aligned & your camber done.

ps. what size wheels do you have?

^ Cheers mate. I dont think I'll find it cheaper so I guess I'll get that done in a month or so. The plan was to get it done by the end of Feb but I got my wallet cleaned out yesterday.
