well, its finally all done, and it sounds amazing! The 2 mini subs give a really good sound a lovely deep base that isnt just a "thud thud", obviously its not too powerful, but for my needs it sounds nice. The 4 6x9s, 2 of which are new top of the range infinitys give it a really decent sound with loads of mid range etc, really gives a good sound not just all bass. I started off by lining the boot with mdf to make it more of a box for the subs, and too stop the rattle, which it did. But then found an old pair of kenwood 6 x 9s lying around, was bored, and couldnt resist whacking them in lol and making use of an extra unused 2 channels on my amp. let me know what ya think.

No doubt some old fart is gonna come on here and say 'ew no with 6db per octave (which has pretty much no relevance whatsoever) the sound pressure is gonna fold all your w**k 6x9's inside out' and all that malarky, but i think that looks pretty sweet! And yes, it may be a lot of sound pressure, but hey, if it sounds good, who cares!? BTW i'm a second year BA music tech student which is why i find a lot of the crap that some people write on here is laughable  plus as long as you don't have a huge sub with all those 6x9s, everything should be just dandy.
