a guy on here called 6n polo valver. i brought a bumper of him about 6 weeks ago and after 4 weeks i asked him where it was cause he hasnt got it. he rang dhl and then told me he'd had to pay more money for postage and it sould be here soon. abotu 2 weeks after that it still aint here and hes not answering his pm's either. thats y im worried hes a scammer. i might be wrong but it seems odd a parcel has taken so long to arrive.

So why dont you make a claim through paypal. I've had to do that several times on eBay and 90% of the time i've got my money back.
