if your gonna do the steely look, you could get a set off a mk5 ie they are 14's rather than 13's and they're already black, just clean and polish them up, again scrapyard should have a matching set

will look nicer and not be denting your wallet too much.
save for a good sub, it makes the difference rather than just '6.5' speakers
also yea little mods make the difference, badgeless grill

and your aerial

i got me a pink one

pink FTW

lol

I was thinking of a black aerial lol. And btw, what is the RMS etc of the standard door speakers?

Heeey.
Haven't posted on here in a loooooong time. I've done a few tiny updates on my Dub. I've bought a lovely 'Dubway' decal for the back window. Everybody see's it and loves it at college!
I've also replaced the bottom part of the rusty bumper. Just need a touch up here and there. I've ordered myself an Air Filter because I've had a bit of a problem. I took the air box thing off to clean the air filter a bit. Turns out one of the screws that holds the box down was so rusty, it actually snapped in half when I finished unscrewing it. So my fuel consumption is going silly right now because there's too much air going in because of that particular hole. That's the reason I've bought myself a more sportier air filter. I've also put a black bee sting aerial on. Put a pair of blue LED sidelights in as well. I'm looking for some alloys below £100 with some good tyres atm. And once that is done, I'm gonna save up for some coilies.
I also bought myself a Goodmans head unit off ebay. Never guess how much I bought it for. £12.50! It's even got front aux input. I was well chuffed lol.
It's starting to come along nicely. I want to debadge it but it's just too cold to do it. And it keeps rainin every other day so I never get round to it. Any more ideas for now?
Thanks in advance
