Yeah.

A guy from these forums was gonna fit the fog lights for me if I bought the lights . . .unfortunately he lives in Scotland lol.

Do you reckon bodyshops would wire the foglights. . .or would I need a specific car electrician. :S

You would probably need an auto electrician. As bodyshops normally deal with bodywork. Worth a try at the local bodyshop or garage though, never know you might find a place that can do it. It's always worth a try

Just had a wee google there and apparently there are "Auto electricians" around so I'll phone one tomorrow and see what he says.

Still have no idea what a "loom" is or where i'd get one though. :S

I take it an auto electrician won't know anything about bodyparts so basically I'd need to fit the foglights unwired. . .then give him the wiring loom and the switch and let him work his magic. I'll see what he says the charge will be before having a look.

I can only find a Haynes manual for 13.95 for the 02-05 Polo. . .doubt it would show how to fit Fog lights on a Polo E though.

Oh Karson a little question. .the total price after a US - £ conversion for all the parts is £250.

Is there any tax to be added on etc?

From VAGlink.com? Well I am not too sure as it was the first time I purchased from VAGlink to receive my grilles. But I did not get charged income tax at all, but I am sure if it does not state whether it charges income tax or not on the website, then I am sure if you emailed them that you have been charged for income tax and gave them proof that you have been charged, then I am sure they will refund you that amount? I am not too sure how it works sorry.

Karson!!

Or anyone!

How did you get the side lower grilles out?!

I've pulled and the whole bumper moves but they aren't shifting. Does anyone have any tips?

Oh I got the driver side one out. . . it came out pretty easily when I removed the screw. . .but the other side won't come out.

as I pull the bumper moves and I'm afraid I'm gonna snap it. :)

Bumpers pretty rigid, it will take some battering (not literally) so tug as hard as you want. When I first did it, it was extremely stiff and when I pulled and the clips undone, I fell backwads! :P

I've left it up so hopefully the electrician can deal with that.

Anywho thanks for all your help.
