they are the RS4 replica wheels, 7x16's 195/40/16's

Yeah I had the same rims on my old Golf mk 3. I still love the RS4's today.
I have just put som BBS RX 214's on my Polo... Looks really good too
I just have 195/45-16's on them. (came with the wheels) so I was thinking of putting som 195/40-16's on like you have. There is close to an inch i diameter difference... Cause mine sometimes rub a little when I turn at speed.

here's mine. The rideheight is only because of the shocks and springs that have seen better days.
It 20 mm heigher on the other side of the car.

Got my Cup Kit, new tires and brake parts yesterday

Looks good but looking at the low offset, I think you'll get rubbage at the back - you can tell from the picture of the wheel in the rear arch..

I was thinking of the cades eros, but I was told that they corrode quite badly. So now looking at other alternatives.

pretty sure mines 40/40 on 15's and it looks horrid,
