The FULL turbo back system..? I thought that was sorta hard, due to the fact that you change downpipe or some..?

I'm really afraid I'm gonna screw something up.. :/

I don't think I'll be doing it myself. But as I have to wait at the shop , I'll watch the guy do it :P And learn :P

yes, i'm talking about the full milltek, downpipe, catback... everything.
i alone do it in about 1hour with the car jacked up on both sides.

the downpipe is not so hard, but you have to remove a white/grey plastic cover over youre axle.
it just 2 bolts.
when that is gone you have clearance to the downpipe and you can loose all 4 bolts on it.

BEWARE!!!!
stay with youre car while they install the exhaust!
because, the bolts on the downpipe are verry hard to remove for the first time.
so make sure the engine is COLD!!
if you try and loose them while you just drove over there, there is a change they will brake the bolts off.
i had the same problem while my milltek was installed for the first time.
they had broken 1 bolt and weld it again to the screw.(diddn't know this happend)
so the year after that i needed to go to technical control (have to do it in belgium because having an axhaust is illegal, so i have to remove it every year)
you can imagine how i struggled with the welded part...
problem was that is was broken, had to place new screws and bolts.
and these are on the turbopart, so you have to get the turbo out etc etc... believe me, you won't have this!
so be sure that the engine is cold before turning the bolts loose, they snap off verry fast.
even if the engine is cold, be verry carefull with those bolts, they are worth nothing!

I'll make sure to do that! Cheers!

Nowdays you really can't trust anyone.. -_-

The guy who installed my new radio charged me 100£ extra after installing it, saying he needed a "special fit kit".. Bloody hell, everyone wanna screw you it seems..

Thanks for the heads up!
