What's the tick?

The hazard tick is constant but faster than it would be when indicating or the hazards are on. Still indicates fine, hazards are fine, just ticks constantly. First thought was the relay but I've been told if I replace the indicator stalk that it'll solve the problem. Picked one up from a scrappy the other day so I'll hopefully get it replaced in the next week or so

It could well be

Stalk isn't hard to change

You just need to pop the battery off, very gently release the airbag clips - it's easy to do

Then three screws and its off ;)

Air bag removal is easy when you know how, its one of those things when you dont, it either comes off in 30 seconds or my first one 3 attempts over three days :D , now only takes 20 seconds

Spring is sorted now, still waiting on my registration documents coming through from the DVLA so I can get road tax, so it's off the road at the moment.
Looks like the backbox is gone, not sure if there's maybe more problems with the exhaust. Anybody have a backbox or know of a decent cheap one?

Look for some recommendations for a central locking kit, looking to convert my manual locks to central locking with a remote key. Also looking to find out how complicated this is to install?,

PROBLEMS (6n2project)

Right, I have loads of updates to post but before that I have a problem... I had slight positive camber on my front right wheel for a while and it was causing tyre wear on the outside, fitted new coilovers, top mounts and bearings, rear bushes and track rod ends last night and now it's has seeerious negative camber on the front right... Ideas? I thought the positive was because the track rod end was gubbed but that hasn't sorted it... The coilovers were measured before they went on so they're the same height left and right yet it looks really uneven, must be the camber, ideas?

Coilovers have to often be readjusted after fitting as they settle

Measuring before fitting isnt a true measurement of height due to differences in spring tolerance etc.

Check the track rod ends are fitted to the correct sides, and that the ball joints are for the polo and not the lupo as they are ever so slightly different.

Yeah I know that, that's why the height isn't adjusted to exactly what I want it to sit at yet but there still shouldn't be that much of a difference, I imagine the track rod ends are fitted to the correct sides since there are no problems with the front left and it sits fine, ball joints were never changed and the parts I have are 100% for the 6n2 as far as I'm aware
