Spent far too much on cars over the years perhaps I would have a bigger place to live now had I not! Oh well can't change the past and I guess everyone likes spending there money on different things.

My only regret was buying my Type R when I was too young as that's why I only had it a year as just couldn't justify the insurance costs. One thing that is clear is that I love a hot hatch!

no i know but although the engine and running gear was great the electrics and shell were not! proper fun though if it was just yourself driving, not so much for passengers

1997 - Rover 214 SLI -spent 100's every month to keep this running but engine was cracking (as 1.4's go!)

1999 - Ford Siera 2.0 GL - 120bhp nothing these days but back in the day as a 19yr old I was the king. Prob couldn't afford to run it these days!

2000 - Fiat Seicento SPORTING - First new car. OAP crashed into the back of me in first week!!

2003 - MG ZR105 - Still love the look. On paper could afford it but in reality beyond my means hence ......

2004 - Ford Ka - enough said

2007 - Citroen C2 vts - awesome hot hatch (Luke warm these days!)

2008 - Child arrives - Fiat Punto - it had 5 doors and looked great (I think) 1.2 gutless.

2011 - Skoda Fabia vrs mkII - Quality performance and practicality but got bored of the DSG within months hence .....

2012 - Seat Ibiza Fr TD - TDI tuning kit pushing our 180bhp - good performance and economy but soooooo bland inside.

2014 - Peugeot 208 GTI - fab performance and much classier/rarer than fiesta ST's (hence the purchase). If it had 4 doors would be s keeper however second (and last) child means practicality forces change .......

2016 - Awaiting 5 door Polo GTI which should give me the performance of the Peugeot (a bit more by the looks of the unofficial 0-60's etc) with the practicality I need.
May even keep this one for the duration of my PCP (and save myself thousands in negative equity all the time!!!)
