Hi Ciclo,
Yes, there is some difference in the wires reaching the Light switch/Dimmer connectors.
- Blue / Gray = Yellow / Gray (T17 connector, and T6 connector)
- You must also remove/isolate the T17/6 original wire.

Replace them by OEM parts ...
Yes, change them... by H7 55W.

Hi Ciclo,
I retained your BCM coding. The worker at the body shop broke my reverse lamp wire(was modded for RHD). I've since repaired it so
now no fault code in BCM. I've temporarily disabled hi-beam diagnostic while waiting for halogen ones to come in.
One last problem though.... the headlight range module is not working.
I've checked connections at sensor, re-seated the connector and checked the wires to the AFS control module.
The AFS is supplied with permanent +12V as in Kufatec's instruction. I'm not sure if it's the cause.
I seem to be having similar issues as "sanders"

Thanks for your explanation on the terminals Ciclo....
@ the end of it, the result justifies all the hard work.
The cornering lights feature is fantastic.
Also those VCDS tweaks will so bring out the BCM Max
They'll be on my to-do list.

As you know, I'm waiting for halogen bulbs to come in to replace the existing LED bulbs I use for cornering lights.
So I would expect errors(if any) from cornering lights.
However, errors are captured in BCM module when I activate high beam.
The code brings out "M30" and "M32", which are high beam bulbs bulbs in halogen headlights.
Is this intended, in the case of retrofit?
There's no error when cornering lights are activated.
That means to the BCM, cornering lights= high beam and vice versa?

The BCM adaptation channels appear to be correct according to VCDS reading.

By the way, all of the above is by assuming your high beams are working correctly despite the faults. According to your electrical installation the BCM does not have a diagnostic control over the highbeam lamps, it only controls the switching (lowbeam/highbeam) to activate the shutters (T73a/62).
What is the donor car of your 7E0 BCM? Where did you buy this 7E0 BCM? Do you have its PR-codes?
